SHOTS
We require up-to-date vaccinations.  Owners must submit copied proof that their dog(s) has received the following vaccinations: DHLPP or DA2PP, and Rabies.  (DHLPP stands for Distemper Hepatitis, Para Influenza, and Parvovirus.)

Puppies need only to have completed their 2nd set of shots.

HEALTH
All dogs must be in good health.  On admission each day, all dogs must be free of any condition that could potentially jeopardize other guests.

We require all dogs to be neutered or spayed by seven months.

BEHAVIOR
Dogs must be friendly toward people and other dogs, and not aggressively protective of food, toys, affection, space, or water.

APPLICATION
All dogs must have a complete, approved application, copies of up to date shot records, and a signed contract on file. Download the application here. Bring it with you to your interview.
