1) the staff know my dog on sight (and visa), 2) the staff actually CARE about my dog-- the look after her health
and they always keep a dog's personality tolerances in mind when exercising them in a group, 3) some of the best pictures I have
of my dogare of her having fun with her buddies at Da Lounge and 4) my dog is never happier than when I say the words SF Hound Lounge.
